Minimum Qualifications
- Proven professional experience delivering and operating ML systems in production.
- Strong Python skills and experience with Docker, AWS/GCP.
- Solid ML fundamentals, NLP basics and strong model evaluation practice.
- Hands-on experience building end-to-end ML pipelines.
- Experience working with large datasets and SQL.
- Strong analytical problem-solving: ability to decompose ambiguous business problems. and determine whether ML is appropriate.
- Strong collaboration and communication: align cross-functionally, make decisions transparent, document well, and give/receive feedback constructively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NoSQL databases and/or distributed processing and/or streaming.
- Practical experience with LLM applications and production agent orchestration.
- Cloud security and platform basics.
- Experience mentoring engineers and setting pragmatic engineering standards.
What you can expect
- Design, develop, deploy, and continuously improve ML models and taking ownership from prototype to production.
- Build reproducible data/ML pipelines.
- Containerize ML services and batch jobs using Docker to enable consistent, scalable deployments.
- Deploy and operate ML solutions in AWS or GCP.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and harden models in production and iterate based on evidence and stakeholder feedback.
- Successfully collaborate with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders.
- Evaluate models rigorously using appropriate metrics, including robustness and fairness considerations.
- Build and maintain AI agents and orchestration workflows.
- Contribute to team excellence through constructive code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.
