Dann komm in unser Corporate IT Team am Standort Hamburg und übernimm Verantwortung für unsere interne IT-Infrastruktur! Von der Wartung unserer Systeme über spannende IT-Projekte bis zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Netzwerke und Cloud-Umgebungen. Gemeinsam mit Kolleg:innen in ganz Europa und den USA unterstützt du unsere Fachbereiche bei ihrer täglichen Arbeit.

Was du unbedingt mitbringst

Berufserfahrung: Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Installation und im Betrieb teils virtueller Serverinfrastrukturen, Hardware und Software, sowie in den Betriebssystemen Windows, macOS und Linux.
Serviceorientierung: Du verstehst dich als Ansprechpartner:in für alle Belange - von einer kaputten Maus, bis zum rauchenden Server.
Arbeitsweise: Du zeichnest dich durch eine selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise aus und hast einen Blick für Compliance und IT-Security.
Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und bewegst dich sicher in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld.

Was du idealerweise noch mitbringst

Service-Administration: EntraID/Microsoft 365, Device-Management, Datenbanken, VMware, Jira, Confluence.
Infrastruktur-Know-how: Du besitzt Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerk, Firewall, Storage und Backup.
Zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation: Du kommunizierst klar, lösungsorientiert und arbeitest gern im direkten Austausch mit verschiedenen Teams und Kolleg:innen zusammen.

Was dich erwartet

Systemwartung und -support: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den täglichen Betrieb, die Wartung und die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer internen IT-Infrastruktur.
Infrastrukturentwicklung: Die Infrastruktur in den Bereichen Netzwerk, Firewall, Storage und Backup entwickelst du stetig weiter und hältst sie auf dem neuesten Stand.
EntraID / Microsoft 365 Administration: Unsere EntraID und Microsoft 365-Umgebungen betreust du zuverlässig und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb.
User Support: Du unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden bei der Nutzung von Standardsoftware und eigens entwickelten Anwendungen.
Asynchrone Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest sowohl vor Ort als auch mit globalen Peers an Projekten und hilfst einen globalen Standard zu halten-
Hard- und Softwaremanagement: Beschaffung, Installation und Wartung von Hard- und Software

You don’t just want to keep systems running - you want to actively improve and evolve them? Then join our Corporate IT team in Hamburg and take ownership of our internal IT infrastructure. From maintaining our systems and driving exciting IT projects to continuously developing our networks and cloud environments: together with colleagues across Germany and the U.S., you will support our business teams in their day-to-day work.

Minimum Qualifications

Professional experience: Several years of experience installing and operating (partly virtualized) server infrastructures, as well as hardware and software, and experience in working with the operating systems Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Service mindset: You see yourself as the go-to person for anything IT-related - from a broken mouse to a smoking server.
Working style: You work independently, in a structured and results-driven manner, and you have a strong awareness of compliance and IT security.
Language skills: You have strong written and spoken German and English skills and feel confident working in an international environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Service administration: Entra ID / Microsoft 365, device management, databases, VMware, Jira, Confluence
Infrastructure know-how: Knowledge in the areas of networking, firewall, storage, and backup.
Communication: You communicate clearly and solution-oriented by collaborating closely with different teams and colleagues.

What you can expect

System maintenance and support: You take responsibility for daily operations, maintenance, and the continuous optimization of our internal IT infrastructure.
Infrastructure development: You continuously develop our infrastructure across networking, firewall, storage, and backup.
Entra ID / Microsoft 365 administration: You reliably manage our Entra ID and Microsoft 365 environments and ensure smooth operations.
User support: You support our colleagues in using standard software as well as in-house developed applications.
