Minimum Qualifications
Several years of professional experience in managing performance-oriented online marketing campaigns
You enjoy working independently and taking full ownership of your campaigns – from the initial idea through to the final results
A solution-oriented mindset and high quality standards for your own work
Very good English skills, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of success with Meta, Taboola, Outbrain, or app networks
Experience in planning, executing, and evaluating A/B tests
Initial experience collaborating with creative or design teams (e.g. on creatives, copy, and landing pages)
Strong affinity for data-driven work and a testing mentality
Enthusiasm for cross-functional teamwork
What you can expect
Implementation, management, and continuous optimization of performance campaigns across various platforms (e.g. Meta, Taboola, Outbrain, app networks) – you will own your campaigns end to end
Ongoing analysis of your campaign performance against our growth and ROI targets
Creation of reports and derivation of concrete, proactive recommendations for action, which you then implement independently
Continuous development of your campaigns with regard to creatives, copy, targeting, and placements
Independent planning, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests
Close collaboration with our creative team on the creation and further development of advertising assets
