Our group-wide Online Marketing team manages the international online campaigns of our matchmaking brands – from initial concept and setup through to data-driven optimization. We work closely with Creation, Product, and Analytics to continuously improve our activities.

Minimum Qualifications  

  • Several years of professional experience in managing performance-oriented online marketing campaigns

  • You enjoy working independently and taking full ownership of your campaigns – from the initial idea through to the final results

  • A solution-oriented mindset and high quality standards for your own work

  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success with Meta, Taboola, Outbrain, or app networks

  • Experience in planning, executing, and evaluating A/B tests

  • Initial experience collaborating with creative or design teams (e.g. on creatives, copy, and landing pages)

  • Strong affinity for data-driven work and a testing mentality

  • Enthusiasm for cross-functional teamwork


What you can expect 


  • Implementation, management, and continuous optimization of performance campaigns across various platforms (e.g. Meta, Taboola, Outbrain, app networks) – you will own your campaigns end to end

  • Ongoing analysis of your campaign performance against our growth and ROI targets

  • Creation of reports and derivation of concrete, proactive recommendations for action, which you then implement independently

  • Continuous development of your campaigns with regard to creatives, copy, targeting, and placements

  • Independent planning, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests

  • Close collaboration with our creative team on the creation and further development of advertising assets
