Working Student Accounting (all genders)

Start your career in Accounting and become part of an international Finance team! As a Working Student (all genders), you will gain exciting insights into national and global accounting processes, support our day-to-day operations, and actively contribute to monthly closing activities as well as the further development of our finance structures. If you're eager to take on responsibility early on, you can look forward to a variety of tasks, a great team, and the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience. 
 
For our offices in Dresden, Berlin, or our headquarters in Hamburg, we are looking for a Working Student in Accounting (all genders) to join us as soon as possible for a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 19.5 hours per week. 

Minimum Qualifications and skills

• You are enrolled as a student for at least another 12 months
• You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a business-related focus and have a strong affinity for numbers
• You work in a structured and reliable manner and have a strong ability to learn and adapt quickly
• You have very good MS Office skills (especially in Excel)
• You have excellent German and English skills

Preferred Qualifications and skills

• First experience with accounting software or an ERP system 

What you can expect 

• You will support us in day-to-day accounting operations and in preparing monthly financial statements
• You will collaborate closely with our German and US teams, gaining valuable insights into national and international accounting processes
• After thorough onboarding, you will independently handle our weekly payment runs
• You will take on responsibility for smaller projects and actively contribute to the further development of our finance processes
• You will act as a point of contact for other departments and finance teams
