Als Werkstudent (all genders) erhältst du spannende Einblicke in nationale und globale Buchhaltungsprozesse, unterstützt das Tagesgeschäft und wirkst aktiv bei Monatsabschlüssen sowie der Weiterentwicklung unserer Finance-Strukturen mit. Wenn du Lust hast, früh Verantwortung zu übernehmen, dann erwarten dich bei uns abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben, ein tolles Team und die Chance, echte Praxiserfahrung zu sammeln.

Für unser Office in Dresden, Berlin oder unseren Hauptsitz in Hamburg suchen wir ab sofort für mind. 15 und max. 19,5 Wochenstunden einen Werkstudenten im Bereich Accounting (all genders).

Was du unbedingt mitbringst

Du bist noch mindestens 12 Monate immatrikuliert
Du befindest dich im Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit einem wirtschaftlichen Schwerpunkt und bringst eine hohe Zahlenaffinität mit
Du arbeitest strukturiert und gewissenhaft und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

Was du idealerweise noch mitbringst

Erste Erfahrungen mit einer Buchhaltungssoftware oder einem ERP-System

Was dich erwartet

Du unterstützt uns im buchhalterischen Tagesgeschäft sowie bei der Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen
Du arbeitest eng mit unseren deutschen und US-Teams zusammen und erhältst dadurch spannende Einblicke in nationale und internationale Accounting-Prozesse
Nach einer sorgfältigen Einarbeitung übernimmst du eigenständig die Abwicklung der wöchentlichen Zahlläufe
Du übernimmst Verantwortung bei kleineren Projekten und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Finance-Prozesse bei
Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für andere Fachbereiche und Finance-Teams

Start your career in Accounting and become part of an international Finance team! As a Working Student (all genders), you will gain exciting insights into national and global accounting processes, support our day-to-day operations, and actively contribute to monthly closing activities as well as the further development of our finance structures. If you're eager to take on responsibility early on, you can look forward to a variety of tasks, a great team, and the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience.

For our offices in Dresden, Berlin, or our headquarters in Hamburg, we are looking for a Working Student in Accounting (all genders) to join us as soon as possible for a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 19.5 hours per week.

Minimum Qualifications and skills

You are enrolled as a student for at least another 12 months
You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a business-related focus and have a strong affinity for numbers
You work in a structured and reliable manner and have a strong ability to learn and adapt quickly
You have very good MS Office skills (especially in Excel)
You have excellent German and English skills

Preferred Qualifications and skills

First experience with accounting software or an ERP system

What you can expect

You will support us in day-to-day accounting operations and in preparing monthly financial statements
You will collaborate closely with our German and US teams, gaining valuable insights into national and international accounting processes
After thorough onboarding, you will independently handle our weekly payment runs
You will take on responsibility for smaller projects and actively contribute to the further development of our finance processes
You will act as a point of contact for other departments and finance teams
