Minimum Qualifications
- Several years of experience as a Data Engineer (all genders) working with productiongrade, distributed data systems
- Handson GCP experience: BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Airflow/Cloud Composer, and identity & access management
- Strong Python (tested, readable code), experience with Athena and advanced SQLskills
- A careful approach to data security and privacy, especially with personal data
- A practical mindset, clear communication, and a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working asynchronously with colleagues from the US Eastcoast
- Excellent English skills to contribute within an international company
Preferred Qualifications
- CI/CD for data (e.g., GitLab CI or Cloud Build),Terraform, and Docker
- Experience with dbt or a similar transformation framework
- Data catalog/lineage tools (DataHub, Collibra,BigQueryData Catalog)
- Streaming data ingestion (Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Kafka) or realtime feature stores
- Experience withTableau,MongoDB,PostgreSQL, and costefficient query tuning onBigQuery
